
Owego Pair Face Drug Charges in Waverly Traffic Stop
Two Owego residents are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Waverly.
Village Police say 42-year-old Dan Perry is charged with two felonies and four misdemeanor counts and 35-year-old Mindyn Marmillion is charged with two misdemeanor counts in connection with the discovery of methamphetamine and heroin in the stop on Pine Street shortly after 3 yesterday morning.
Police say in addition to the drug possession and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia counts, Perry is charged with aggravated driving without a license.
He was sent to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
Marmillion was ticketed for misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and ordered to appear in Village of Waverly Justice Court at a later date.
