Otselic Man Accused of Dealing Drugs
A Chenango County man is charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 58 year old Mark Babcock Wednesday, July 27 under a sealed indictment handed up by a Grand Jury earlier this month.
The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division accuses Babcock of selling drugs out of his home on County Route 16 in the Town of Otselic.
