Three Arrested in Waverly Heroin Investigation
Three Waverly residents are facing felony drug charges following a six month investigation by police in the village

46-year-old Janis Stevenson, 30-year-old David Crawn and 62-year-old Steven Shaffer are accused of illegal drug activity and sales in the Waverly area.
Waverly arrested the three on a warrant for heroin activity in the early morning hours of August 6.
Stevenson, Shaffer and Crawn are all charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance while Crawn and Stevenson are also charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The three were sent to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
