A Norwich man faces a mandatory minimum of 35 years in federal prison and up to 160 years after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of committing a felony involving a minor by a registered sex offender.
34-year-old Patrick Kain admitted between 2016 and 2019, while a registered sex offender, he created sexually explicit videos and images of three children who were about five-years-old.
