A Norwich man is facing charges in an investigation into the sale and possession of methamphetamine in the City of Norwich.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say 24 year old Bradley Bishop is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Officials say the investigation through the month of September resulted in allegations that Bishop knowingly and unlawfully sold methamphetamine and he was found to have both meth and heroin in his possession when he was arrested.

The authorities say Bishop was also arrested on an active bench warrant from Chenango County Court for allegedly violating conditions of his release from a prior charge.

Bishop was sent to the Chenango County Jail without bail.
