New York State Police Look for Suspect Using Stolen Credit Card

New York State Police are looking for a man accused of using a stolen credit card at Citizens Bank automatic teller machine in Cortland.

A thin, white man wearing a dark baseball hat can be seen on surveillance film using the card at the ATM inside the Tops Supermarket on State Route 281 on August 28.

State Police say the unauthorized use of the stolen card was recorded at around quarter after 7 that evening.
