New York State Police Look for Suspect in Cortlandville Lowes Larceny
New York State Police are asking for help finding a man seen on surveillance film apparently helping himself to merchandise at the Lowes Home Improvement Center in Cortlandville last month.
Authorities say at around 7:25 p.m. August 21 the man is seen putting items in a cart and leaving the area on foot.
Troopers say they know the man got into some kind of argument or “had words” with a man in a pickup truck who ended up returning some of the items to the store.
The suspect is white, standing about 5' 8" tall, thin build and was wearing a bright orange shirt, a white baseball hat with a green brim, dark grey shorts and a blue and white pattern mask.
