Weather may be a contributing factor to a crash involving a tractor trailer and a sedan on Interstate 81 in Northern Broome County early November 2.

New York State Police say the rig collided with the car on the northbound interstate in the Lisle/Whitney Point area at around 2:40 a.m., blocking the right-hand lane for a time.
