Village of Johnson City Police say they had to administer the opioid reversal drug Narcan to a Sayre man who crashed on CFJ Boulevard at Gannet Drive.

Police say they found 41 year old Timothy Henry’s vehicle across the westbound lane facing north with the vehicle stopped but running.

Henry was found slumped over in the front seat and did not respond to officers.

Police broke the window on the locked car to get to Henry.

They administered one dose of Narcan but still had no response.  The fire department administered a second dose and Henry gained consciousness.

He was taken by ambulance to Wilson Hospital.

Henry is charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely and was to undergo mental evaluation.

After being released from the hospital, a family member took custody.
