A municipal police officer from Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, working in Susquehanna County, is accused of knowing about an inappropriate relationship between an adult and a 16 year old girl as well as harassing a 17 year old Nicholson girl, resulting in felony charges.

Pennsylvania State Police say 29 year old Joshua Diddick of Nicholson is also accused of offering three teenage girls alcohol during a party in Hop Bottom in Susquehanna County, groping a girl, continuing contacting a teen on social media even after she blocked him and telling the minors not to tell anyone when he provided alcohol to them on several occasions since he was a police officer and could get into trouble.

According to Court documents, the Nicholson man, who was employed by several jurisdictions in Susquehanna County as a municipal police officer, in one complaint, repeatedly asked the victims to cuddle him.

The incidents reportedly happened over the past several months. Diddick was arraigned in Commonwealth Court in Susquehanna County this week on charges of failure to report as a mandated reporter, corruption of minors, stalking and furnishing alcohol to minors.

The investigation is continuing.
