Two more suspects arrested as part of the bust of a major drug trafficking operation in the Binghamton area in 2016 are facing sentencing.

39 year old Devon Johnson, who was said to have been the king-pin running the operation, and 45 year old Maurice Rollins pleaded guilty in July to felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

If Johnson went to trial under the state’s drug king-pin law, he could have been looking at up to life in prison.

Johnson and Rollins were among over a half dozen people busted in the raid, accused of moving thousands of dollars-worth of heroin through the area.

Several other defendants have already pleaded guilty to various charges and have been sentenced to jail time.
