Missing Boy Who Had Been Seen Near Endicott Located

Police say a missing four-year-old boy who may have been seen in the Endicott area has been found.
Authorities had said Steven Lockcuff of Newburgh may have been in danger and might have needed medical attention.
Police now say Lockcuff was located and was safe.
Investigators earlier had said the child was seen near Endicott around 2:30 a.m. on Monday.
The boy was believed to be with his 32-year-old mother, Tanya Rae Kling, and a man named Dennis Terwilliger.
There was no immediate word regarding the whereabouts of Kling or Terwilliger.
