Meth Arrest Follows Traffic Stop

New York State Police say 38 year old Donald Moshier and 32 year old Rachel Wells were arrested following a traffic stop on Route 11 in the Town of Barker December 30.

Both Moshier and Wells were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
