New York State Police say 28-year-old Justin Relyea of Tully is accused of stealing over $1,500 worth of tires and money paid to Mr. Tire on Route 13 in Cortlandville.

Troopers say they responded to a complaint at the business on October 2nd.  Relyea reportedly had been working at the location as the manager at the time when he allegedly performed services on a vehicle and kept the money.

He was arrested December 2nd and charged with felony grand larceny.

Relyea was released and ordered to appear in Cortlandville Court later this month.
