
Man Sentenced for Deadly Motorcycle Crash
A Binghamton man will serve up to nine years in prison after admitting he was driving drunk when he hit a motorcycle, killing the driver in June of last year.
38 year old Shaun Pauling-Payne pleaded guilty in July and was sentenced September 25 in the death of 37 year old William Nash Junior on Susquehanna Street.
Police said Pauling-Payne turned left into the path of the motorcycle as Nash was driving west on Susquehanna Street between Carroll and Tudor Streets 4:40 p.m. June 26, 2016.
