According to the Broome County district attorney's office, Moran pleaded not guilty to all charges. If convicted of aggravated vehicular manslaughter, he could face a sentence of 8 1/3 to 25 years in prison.

In a news release, DA Michael Korchak said: "This was an extensive investigation involving the Vestal Police Department, Broome County Sheriff's Office, Binghamton University police and other agencies."

Korchak said no trial date has been set.
