Man Accused of Menacing With a Baseball Bat

A Johnson City man is accused of threatening two people with a baseball bat.

Village Police say 29 year old Robert Ellsworth Junior is accused of threatening the people as they sat in their car parked on a street near his home on September 18.

The pair was able to drive away and call police.

Ellsworth is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor menacing.

He was released following his arraignment.
