Authorities say they stopped 50-year-old Deborah Phillips of Montrose earlier this month on Kaminski Road in Choconut Township and a police dog alerted officers of he possible presence of drugs in her vehicle.
Phillips, who was already on probation, is charged with felony drug possession with intent to sell.
Troopers say they found packaging material and drug paraphernalia along with the meth in the stop shortly after 12:30 a.m. on May 11.
Phillips was sent to the Susquehanna County Jail.
