Three Johnson City residents are accused of breaking into a building on Baldwin Street and stealing several new replacement windows.

Village Police say 44 year old Ahmed Molazem, 47 year old Kittie Tessier and 54 year old Amir Latif were caught after the property manager drove by the building and saw the three getting into a vehicle with the windows.

Police say the manager tried to block the three suspects’ vehicle in the driveway but they drove over a neighbor’s lawn and got away.

The property manager told police he knew all three and Latif worked for him up to a week ago.

The manager followed the suspect vehicle and saw two vehicles fall out of the trunk before Tessier got out and dropped the third window in a parking lot.

All three are charged with felony burglary and Molazem is charged with felony tampering with physical evidence.

All three were sent to the Broome County Jail.
