Johnson City Police Look for Level 2 Sex Offender

Johnson City Police are looking for a level two sex offender who has failed to register a change of address.

Authorities say 31-year-old Islam Greene is black, stands 5' 9" tall, weighs 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.  He has “IZZY” tattooed on his right forearm.

Police say they have determined Greene has moved from his registered address in Johnson City and failed to properly notify the police or Department of Criminal Justice Services.
