
Johnson City Police Arrest Binghamton Man With Gun and Marijuana
Johnson city Police say they’ve charged a Binghamton man with felony weapon possession after they tracked down a motorcyclist who evaded them November 6.

Authorities say 25-year-old Patrick Oliver Junior was driving without a license and with an expired registration.
Police stopped Oliver at around 3:15 p.m. November 7 on Harrison Street near Grand Avenue and say they found he had 3.8 ounces of marijuana, marijuana wax and a loaded 9-millemeter handgun on the motorcycle.

In addition to weapon possession, Oliver is charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also ticketed for several traffic infractions.
