Johnson City Man Accused of Threatening Person With a Knife

A Johnson City man is facing felony charges after allegedly threatening someone in a Grand Avenue apartment with a knife.

Village Police say 25 year old Ryan Starley is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and felony burglary.

Police say Starley threatened the person in the apartment and forced them out of the residence.

Starley’s been sent to the Broome County Jail.
