Johnson City's Jerry D'Amigo has re-signed with the Buffalo Sabres.  Associated Press and other sources say the deal is for one season and capped at $700,000 if D'Amigo stays in the NHL.

D'Amigo was a 2009 sixth round draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs after playing one season at RPI.  He began his pro career in the American Hockey League with the Toronto Marlies.  He has played 22 NHL games with the Toronto Maple Leafs and nine games with the Buffalo Sabres .  In 31 total NHL games D'Amigo has scored one goal and three assists.
