Illegal Gun Charge in Delaware County

Delaware County Sheriff’s Officials say a Walton man is charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm after Deputies responded to a mental health complaint at 2:49 p.m. May 26.

49 year old Daryl Webster was found to have a firearm without a valid New York State Pistol License.

Authorities say Webster was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $2,500 bail.
