It's time to come home for the holidays and many people returning to the Binghamton area find that means a stop at the Roberson Museum and Science Center.

Speaking on the November 26 edition of the weekly local public affairs program, Southern Tier Close Up, Roberson marketing coordinator, Adam Sabol talks about this year's Home for the Holidays display at the Front Street museum.

The tradition has been going on for over five decades, evolving from a simple forest of decorated trees to a celebration of the diversity of the community with the International Forest, train displays, trees decorated by community groups and businesses and artful designer trees on display in the historic Roberson mansion.

Information on the extended hours for Home for the Holidays presentation, admission and other details can be found at the Roberson Museum website.

Southern Tier Close Up can be heard Saturdays at 12:10 p.m. on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
