The 44th Annual Grecian Festival begins tomorrow (Thursday) and goes thru Sunday afternoon. The event is held at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, One Hellenic Center at 4121 O'Hara Drive in Vestal.  The hours are Thursday thru Saturday from Noon - 10 PM and Sunday from Noon to 6 PM.

The Grecian Festival includes dining and entertainment areas under a huge tent for the comfort of those who attend.  Shuttle Bus service is offered from the NYSEG Parking Lot just off Old Vestal Road from 6 to 10 PM on Friday, 2 to 10 PM on Saturday and 1 to 6 PM on Sunday. There is no admission fee to attend the event.

As always Greek food specialties will be offered including favorites like: Gyro, Souvlaki, Greek Salad, Mousaka, Spanikopita and Diples plus Baklava and Honey Puffs for those who love sweet treats.  On Sunday one of the Grecian Festival's most popular meals is served....Lamb Dinners.  These are offered on Sunday only and will be available as long as the roast lamb lasts.

In addition to delicious food there will be entertainment from the Hellenic Dancers, Greek Music, Religious Gifts, Jewelry, Greek Pastries and a Silent Auction for Gift Baskets.  WNBF's Roger Neel will broadcast live from the Grecian Festival on Thursday from 4 to 6 PM.
