New York State Police are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a Nineveh man overnight June 1.

New York State Police say 20-year-old Joshua P. Klee was killed in the crash at the Perch Pond Cemetery Tuesday night.

Emergency crews from fire and ambulance departments in Colesville, Harpursville and Sanitaria Springs were among responders called to the 400-block of Nabinger Hill Road at Perch Pond Road in Nineveh in the Town of Colesville at about 9:06 p.m.

New York State Police say Klee's 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck left Nabinger Hill Road at the Perch Pond cemetery and hit a tree.

Klee, who was alone in the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene.
