Farmer Trapped in ATV Rollover

A Delhi farmer is recovering from injuries after becoming trapped under an overturned All Terrain Vehicle shortly after 8 p.m. June 13.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 75 year old Peter Clark left his farm on Elk Creek Road shortly after 6 p.m. to look for lost livestock when the ATV rolled over while he was going around a stone wall at a low speed, trapping his legs.

Clark’s family contacted authorities when he didn’t come back at a reasonable time and authorities found him in the woods.

He was taken to O’Connor Hospital.
