Endwell Man Arrested While Pushing Stolen ATV Loaded With Tires
An Endwell man is accused of pushing a stolen All Terrain Vehicle loaded with a pile of tires in a Town of Union neighborhood in the wee hours of the morning.
Broome County Sheriff’s officials say an officer patrolling the area of King Street in Endwell at around 5 a.m. October 10 following a recent string of burglaries in that area, saw a man pushing the ATV loaded with tires down the street and identified him as 47 year old Ronald Vargason.
The deputy ran the Vehicle Identification number on the ATV and found it had been reported stolen to the Pennsylvania State Police in Gibson.
Vargason is charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
