DwI Charged Following Crash into a Ditch in Nantcoke

A Johnson City man is facing a long list of charges following a crash in the area of Lamb Road in Nanticoke.

Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a crash Saturday and say they found 54 year old Timothy Quain still sitting in his vehicle that was stuck in a ditch and officials say they determined he was intoxicated.

Quain is charged with DWI, refusing to take a breathalyzer test, unlicensed operation, drinking alcohol in the vehicle and driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Nanticoke at a later date.
