Report: Driver in JC Library Rollover Crash Admitted to Drug Use
A Kirkwood man reportedly told police he used marijuana and methamphetamines before a vehicle he was driving knocked down a light pole and overturned in Johnson City.
According to WICZ FOX 40, 26-year-old Joseph Dollinger was charged with driving while his ability was impaired by drugs.
A Chrysler Sebring went off Main Street Monday afternoon and knocked down a pole and crashed into a bench at a BC Transit bus stop before rolling over onto its roof.
Dollinger was treated at Wilson Medical Center for minor injuries.
WICZ also reported Dollinger was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
