State police say a 32-year-old Delaware County man was arrested after a domestic disturbance.

Investigators say Justin Biedekapp of Tompkins was charged with unlawful imprisonment, menacing and harassment.

Authorities say Biedekapp was arrested around 2 a.m. Sunday after troopers were sent to a home on Franskevicz Road.

Police say Biedekapp is accused of grabbing his wife and throwing her to the ground during the dispute. He allegedly would not let the woman get up.

Biedekapp was arraigned in Deposit town court. He was ordered to return to court on April 2.

An order of protection was issued against Biedekapp.
