Defaced Loaded Gun Found in Broome Traffic Stop
A Whitney Point man is facing felony charges after Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they found a loaded and defaced gun during a traffic stop.
Authorities pulled over a vehicle November 1 at around 3:30 p.m. on Main Street in Lisle for traffic and vehicle violations.

As Deputies investigated, they say they found the driver, 24-year-0ld Brandon Pittsley had a loaded and defaced 9-mm handgun in his possession.
Pittsley is charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded firearm and felony criminal possession of a defaced firearm as well as misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon.
