Cyber-Tips lead to Child Porn Arrest in Richfield
A Richfield man is accused of possessing child pornography.
New York State Police say 37-year-old Justin Lopez of Otsego County is charged with felony possessing a sexual performance of a child following a cyber tip.

Troopers arrested Lopez at his home in the Town of Richfield.
He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Richfield Court later this month.
