CVS Donates for Drug Drop Box in Owego

A national drug store chain is giving a grant to the Owego Police Department to install a drug collection unit.

The unit will be located at Police Headquarters on temple Street and provide residents with a safe and environmentally responsible way to get rid of outdated and unwanted medication.

CVS Pharmacies along with the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids have provided for one thousand drug collection units across the country.
