Crash in Waverly Leads to Charges
An Elmira man is facing charges following a head-on crash in Waverly that sent four people to the hospital.
Waverly Police say 35 year old Robert Camp is accused of failing to keep right, driving without a license and with an unsafe tire when his vehicle crashed into another at 3:48 p.m. May 28 on Pennsylvania Avenue near Providence Street.
The injuries that sent occupants of both vehicles to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre were said to be non life-threatening.
Both vehicles reportedly sustained heavy body damage.
