Cortland County Man Accused of Raping Teen in Scott

A Cortland County man is facing several felony counts including rape for alleged sexual contact with a 13-year-old.

Sheriff’s officials say 29-year-old Lee Wagner of Scott is accused of having inappropriate contact with the teen outside his home February 20. 

In addition to rape, Wagner is charged with felony counts of criminal sex act and criminal sale of marijuana as well as misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities say Wagner turned himself in to the sheriff’s office February 27.
