Cincinnatus Man Accused of Sex Acts With Children
Cortland County Sheriff's Officials say a Cincinnatus man is charged with felony rape and other counts for allegedly engaging in sex acts with more than one under-age victim.

29-year-old Justin Bohanan is also accused of providing marijuana to the underage victims several times.
Sheriff's Officials say they received a Sex Abuse complaint on December 27, 2019 but couldn't locate Bohanan at that time.
The Cincinnatus man was located by Deputies July 15 and placed under arrest.
Bohanan is charged with felony rape, two felony counts of criminal sale of marijuana, misdemeanor sex abuse and four misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $500 bail.
