The Binghamton Bearcats women's basketball team plays host to the UMass Lowell River Hawks at 4 PM today (Saturday) at the Events Center.  It is the second half of a WNBF basketball doubleheader.  The BU men play at UMass Lowell at 2 PM (air at 1:45) with the women to follow on News Radio 1290 WNBF.

The River Hawks have been struggling and are 0-9 in America East and 3-19 overall.  In their last outing they fell to the Albany Great Danes 79-60.

For Linda Cimino's Bearcats they look to rebound from a 53-45 road loss at UMBC in suburban Baltimore.  That puts the Bearcats at 5-4 in the conference and 10-12 overall.  Binghamton's scoring leader is Imani Watkins who is averaging 18.8 points per game and is second in scoring in America East.
