The Binghamton Bearcats women's basketball team hosts the Maine Black Bears in the regular season finale for both teams.  The Black Bears are 14-1 while the Bearcats are 7-8.  Maine won an earlier season game between the two 95-66 in Bangor on January 27.  The Black Bears have a one game lead over Hartford.  Binghamton is tied for fifth place with the Vermont Catamounts.  The Black Bears have been red-hot and have won ten straight games.

The Black Bears hold a 23-14 all-time advantage in the series and have won three in a row.  It is Senior Day and Binghamton will honor three seniors prior to the game. Rebecca Carmody, Kennedi Thompson and Corinne Godshall will all receive framed jerseys and will be recognized  in ceremonies on the Dr. Bai Lee Court.

The Bearcats season will continue with a quarterfinal playoff game next Wednesday night.  If Binghamton finishes in fifth place they would travel to Albany for a 7:00 P.M. game at the SEFCU Arena.  A sixth place finish would have Binghamton traveling to Stony Brook.
