BU Men Visit Stony Brook in AE Playoff Game

The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team is on Long Island to face the Stony Brook Seawolves in an America East quarterfinal playoff game tonight (Saturday).  The Seawolves are the second seed in the conference while Binghamton comes in as the seventh seed.

The Seawolves won both regular season contests between the two schools.  Tonight will feature several standouts on both teams.  The America East Rookie of the Year, Sam Sessoms, leads the Bearcats and averages 18 points per game.  For the Seawolves Akwasi Yeboah leads the way with a 15.1 points per game average.  Yeboah is a First Team All-Conference selection.

Tonight's game is at the Island Federal Arena.  Airtime for coverage is 6:45 PM on News Radio 1290 WNBF. The winner advances to the semifinal round on Tuesday night.
