The Binghamton University men's basketball team is in search of their first conference win of the season Sunday, January 24 when they meet the UMass River Hawks at the Tsongas Center in Lowell.  Binghamton is 0-5 while the River Hawks are 3-3.  The River Hawks are 3-1 versus Binghamton at the Division I level.

The Bearcats are coming off of a 61-52 loss to Vermont at the Events Center.  UMass Lowell is trying to shake off a 78-76 loss to New Hampshire on January 21.  Guard Jahad Thomas does it all for the River Hawks.  He is averaging 13.1 points per game and 7.2 rebounds per contest.  Binghamton's Willie Rodriguez is his team's top gun averaging 14 points per game and grabbing 6.3 rebounds per contest.
