BU Men Host Great Danes

The Binghamton Bearcats men's team faces their oldest rival tonight when they host the Albany Great Danes at 7 PM (6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  This is the 100th all-time meeting between the two schools.  The Great Danes lead the overall series 68-31 and have a 19-13 advantage in Division I competition.

Earlier in the season Albany defeated the Bearcats at the SEFCU Arena by a final of 84-65.  In America East play the Bearcats are 3-8.  The Great Danes are 6-5.

Binghamton will be missing one of their key players.  Bobby Ahearn averaging 9.7 points per game and pulling down close to five rebounds per contest.  He suffered a broken nose in the team's last game in Vermont and is out indefinitely.
