The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team faces a big challenge tonight when they meet long-time rival Albany at the SEFCU Arena in Albany tonight (Thursday). The 7 PM contest (air at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF) comes as the Great Danes look to rebound from a slow start and as the Bearcats seek their first conference win.

Binghamton is off to an 0-4 conference start and last Saturday had a furious second half rally fall short in New Hampshire.  In Albany's last outing on Monday the Great Danes clobbered UMBC in Baltimore 77-50 to put their America East slate at 1-3.

The Bearcats expect to have sharpshooter Yosef Yacob available for duty.  He has been out for four of the last five games recovering from concussion-like symptoms.  He has hit 18-31 three-point attempts for a blistering 58 percent average.
