Residents in rural sections of Broome County will soon be able to utilize mobile DMV offices which have not been available because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

County clerk Joseph Mihalko says the DMV services will be available at the Lisle Town Hall on Wednesday. The mobile office also will operate at that site on November 18 and all Wednesdays in December.

The Conklin mobile DMV office will be back in operation on November 10 and 24. It also will be open every Tuesday in December.

The Windsor mobile office will resume operating on November 19. It also will be open all Thursdays in December.

Mihalko says mobile DMV services in Harpursville won't resume for the time being because they operate inside the senior center, which is expected to remain closed through the end of the year. There is a DMV drop box at that site.

This story was corrected to show that a mobile office operates at the Lisle Town Hall.
