The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following are from the Broome County Sheriff's Department Arrest Blotter:
DWI
Gowrishankar Sivanathan from Richmond, Texas, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC >.08 following a DWI investigation in the Town of Union.
Criminal Trespass
Following a trespass investigation in the Town of Union, David Butts, Jr. was charged with Criminal Trespass, a Violation.
Stephen Cornwell, III of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a trespassing investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Contempt
After an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Nanticoke, Daniel Wood from Whitney Point, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Stephen Jensen of Richford was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lisle.
Criminal Possession
Following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson, Vincent White from Port Crane was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Brian Harrison, Jr. of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a Class E Felony, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, along with a dozen traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
Harrassment
In the Town of Binghamton, following an investigation into a domestic incident, Courtney Rosenau from Binghamton was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation.
Andrew Link was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Chenango.
Petit Larceny
Margaret Graven-Riggs was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Dickinson.
Assault
Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union, Alycia Rinwalske of Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors.
Bail Jumping
Jamal Brown, Jr. from Binghamton, was charged with Bail Jumping in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony, following a warrant investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Mischief
After an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union, Alycia Rinwalske of Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors.
Obstruction of Governmental Administration
Melissa Laffin of Binghamton, NY, was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.
