This list of arrests and charges was released from the Broome County Sheriff's report on March 26, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Multiple Charges

This week's Sheriff report notes that Adam Mittl from Maine, New York, was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Maine.

47-year-old Paul Stuart, II, of Kirkwood, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, Menacing a Police Officer, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, following a warrant execution in the Town of Union.

Criminal Possession

Following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Sanford, Runell Decker, Sr., from Deposit, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree.

Brooke Klinegardner of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.

As a result of a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton, Amanda Ackley from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Criminal Contempt

27-year-old Mikaella Markoff of Deposit was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree following a warrant execution in the Village of Windsor.

Peter R.S. Pisani, from Endicott, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.

Following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Angel Rubrecht of Endicott was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.

Criminal Mischief

Corey Vymislicky from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following a criminal mischief investigation in the Town of Union.

Following an investigation into criminal mischief at the Broome County Correctional Facility, 39-year-old Samuel Hartung of Endicott, NY, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.

Criminal Trespass

In this week's Broome County Sheriff's report, Richard Stafford, III, was charged with Criminal Trespass, following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Aggravated Family Offense

Dayshawn Dobson from Johnson City was charged with Aggravated Family Offense following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Also, following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Robert Titus of Binghamton was charged with Aggravated Family Offense.

A third person, 25-year-old Nicholas Ambrose of Binghamton, was also charged with Aggravated Family Offense, following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Petit Larceny

Natalia J. Cole-Root, from Endicott, was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

DWI

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Benjamin Houlihan of Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Previous Conviction within 10 years).

39-year-old Urias Morales-Lopez from Johnson City was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle w/ BAC >.08, and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, following a DWI investigation in the Town of Chenango.
