Binghamton Man Charged With Felony DWI

A Binghamton man is being charged with several felony counts in the Village of Johnson City.

July 30, Village Police say they pulled 32 year old Gary Pierce over shortly before 7pm on Main Street for two traffic infractions.

The officer says he determined Pierce was intoxicated.

Pierce is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of point .08% or higher, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation as well as traffic infractions of failure to keep right, passed red light and unlicensed operation.

He’s been ordered to appear in Village Court at the end of the month.
