A Binghamton man is charged with felony drug possession in Johnson City after Village Police responded to the Red Roof Inn to assist Parole Officers with a female parolee November 6.

Authorities says while they were at the motel, they also found 25-year-old Legend Williams in the room in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Police confiscated 2.6 grams of coke and various drug paraphernalia along with $480 in suspected drug proceeds.

Williams is charge with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail.
