Binghamton Man Arrested in Union for Pot Possession

A Binghamton man is charged with criminal possession of marijuana after a resident reported seeing a suspicious person in a vehicle on Glendale Drive in the Town of Union on November 17.

31 year old Richard Starzak was arrested after Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say they noticed a strong odor of marijuana in his vehicle and then found an ounce of pot packaged for sale in the vehicle.

Starzak is charged with criminal possession of marijuana and was ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
